Add Relations from SimplerQMS Add-In

  • Keep documents connected without leaving Word. Using the SimplerQMS Add-In in Word, link related documents directly while you work, so traceability is automatic, inspections are easier, and you never waste time searching for context. 
  • Maintain consistent properties across all documents. Add and manage organization-wide custom properties directly in Word via SimplerQMS Add-In, so your documents stay structured, consistent, and compliant without leaving your workflow. 
  • Check-in without the extra step. When you save and close a document in Word, SimplerQMS automatically completes the check-in and updates the properties. No manual reload needed, no interruptions.

A Few More Improvements

We’ve also made several smaller enhancements across the platform. The approval process for Full license users is now smoother and more reliable. Settings and Document Types menus have been updated with clearer layouts, making configuration faster and easier to navigate.
