Assign Actions to Any Team Member
Delegating tasks in SimplerQMS is now more flexible. You can assign actions directly to other users, not just yourself, making it easier to distribute work across your team.
This applies across workflows, whether you’re managing structured processes or creating general tasks for broader coordination.
This is especially useful when:
- Managing Change Requests. Assign tasks to process owners, reviewers, or QA team members so each action has a clear owner and nothing gets lost between steps.
- Coordinating reviews. Delegate supplier or product reviews to the right stakeholders directly, without manual follow-ups or back-and-forth.
- Tracking responsibilities. Ensure every action has a named owner, so accountability is clear from the moment a task is created.
Alongside this, actions are easier to manage with better visibility and control, helping teams stay focused on what needs to be done.
