Quality teams often span multiple locations or subsidiaries. As organizations grow or merge, managing access in a centralized QMS can quickly become complex.

With this update, SimplerQMS now lets users from multiple internal email domains access the same environment through your existing Single Sign-On (SSO) setup. 

This means your teams, whether they use company.com, company.dk, or belong to a newly merged entity, can all work in the same QMS without changing their email addresses or login credentials. Authentication and access control are still fully managed by your identity provider.

  • Keep everyone in one place. Manage all users, regardless of domain, from one place, with consistent security policies applied across the board. 
  • Maintain consistent security. Your identity provider handles authentication across all domains, so access stays controlled and compliant. 
  • Collaborate more easily. Teams across locations or business units can work together seamlessly. External auditors, consultants, and partners can still be added as guest users through your SSO provider when needed. 

Clearer Document Versioning

We’ve also made it easier to see which version of the document is in use. Only major versions now appear in module overview pages, keeping your day-to-day view focused on the released documents. Minor versions remain fully available in document history and audit trails, ensuring complete traceability and quick access to the correct version.
